With over 20 years of hands-on experience with dogs, caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up surrounded by dogs, and over the years that lifelong passion has developed into professional expertise. I have more than six years of professional experience working in structured care environments. I first spent two years working at a dog and cat hotel in Germany, where I gained valuable experience caring for dogs and cats of different breeds and temperaments. After that, I worked for four years at a busy dog daycare and hotel in Helsinki, further strengthening my skills in handling dogs in group and individual settings. During this time, I have worked with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including leash-reactive dogs, rescue dogs, and very shy or sensitive dogs. I understand that every dog is different — and that patience, calm leadership, and clear communication are essential. As the owner of a leash-reactive Rottweiler myself, I have personal insight into managing challenging behavior safely and confidently.
